On Assignment for Friskis & Svettis
Friskis and Svettis is a great sports association that emphasizes simple, fun and good exercise for everyone. The goal is the joy of exercise and movement, instead of conscience characterized training. Last Thursday, I was assigned to take some photos during training to show a bit of what training you get at Friskis and Svettis. I was impressed by this trainingsession and the instructors ability to provide simple and good exercise to exactly what they intent to: everyone!
